The design concept comes from Changsha's intangible cultural heritage, the art of Wangcheng paper cut. Through a continuous way of cutting, it creates a three-dimensional garden that can let people play and enjoy city life. After deeply exploring the Changsha culture, the design method learns from the expression of one of the most famous local paintings. Several folded platforms are like some strokes and create an artistic conception of a hilly landform. It attracts people to come here and enjoy the view from deferent elevations. And this completes the design and makes it energetic.
The project is close to one of the largest freshwater lakes in China: Taihu Lake. so the design inspiration comes from one of the three major water conservancy irrigation projects in China: Lougang Port of Taihu Lake, which realizes energy conversion between agriculture, fishery, and water conservancy through Sang Ji Yu Tang. Through the introduction of photovoltaic power generation and the reuse of waste water and heat energy, partial energy consumption self-balance, energy conservation, and emission reduction can be achieved.
After analyzing the actual demand for the city's urban development and the sight height of the surrounding landscape, the scheme breaks the original design requirement of 200m height and controls the overall height within 100m. Through the aeration of the bottom floor and the organic organization of the internal space, the project aims to create a landmark building, which has a public space that integrates nature and artificial, grows, interacts, is full of imagination, and reflects the change of the seasons.
The design of the building and site reflects the historical characteristics, the history of the millennium ancient city and the culture. The simple rectangular plane is in harmony with the pattern of Handan New City. The traditional building materials such as bronze, wood, and ceramic tiles to echo the corresponding cultural characteristics in Handan's history and the expression of traditional cultural intentions in modern architectural vocabulary.
Beijing Capital Agricultural Group (CAG) has selected a building whose main structure has been capped to be used as the headquarters of the group during the construction process. The project is located in the South Street of Taiyanggong, Chaoyang District, Beijing. The original building is designed to be a function of commercial entertainment, so no matter in the definition of the overall image or functional space, there is no small contrast with the demand.
Located in Larnaca's most prosperous coastal commercial area, with Mediterranean sea views on the east, south and north sides, the building has a total construction area of about 24,000 square meter sand height of 91.9 meters. There are also good service facilities such as fitness club, aerial swimming pool, restaurant and art gallery.
