It combines organic nature and the joy of shopping to create an unprecedented experience. A six-stories and 42 metres tall indoor botanical garden along the main atrium features three distinct themes – the Soul Tree, the Aerial Forest, and the Riverside Hills.

Located at CBD area of Shenzhen – the signature icon. A 10-storey atrium carves a greenery open space lounge into the mass of the buildings, creating a “Kaleidoscope” through reflection of surrounding scene on every folding glasses. An impressive collaged drawing on this development. The building façade is designed to foster a culture of sustainability. It is designed to achieve LEED Gold and Green building. The canopy serves as theatre experience – the mix of vibrant to serve the districts.

Longfor Nanjing Paradise Walk is located in Jiangbei New District, the mix-use shopping mall with apartments is a signature icon of the Jiangbei Area. An axis extend from the northern civil green land formed a pedestrian axis which attract people from surrounding blocks to the retail mall. The L shape mall connect closely with the customers coming from urban area. Nature meets human here while creativity and retail have an amazing spark.

The objective for this project is to upgrade the SCPG Shopping Plaza to be a new iconic shopping mall of the city. Through the new eye catching façade, new design of entrance plaza, interior spaces and improved circulation to enhance the quality of the SCPG Shopping Plaza. By utilizing the SCPG logo shape, the abstract topology shaped pattern is created. The pattern will be applied to the design of facade, canopy and interior space to reveal the unique characteristics of SCPG in the commercial development sector.

Sunning Xi`an High-tech Zone is located in Xi’an High-tech Technology Park, in which it aims to provide an all-in-one mixed use that consists of technological interaction, sustainability, sports and arts. Xi'an is one of the oldest cities in China, the ability to mingle history and modernity, commercial and technology, Suning Xi‘an High-tech Zone will rise in this historical city of Xi’an and become the destination with its unique trade mix which is well reflected in the architectural design.
