Given the long narrow site of the building that also has the structural beams, the indoor space is distinct from those regularly with large indoor environments. Normally, the long narrow indoor space makes people feel bored and oppressive that is of great challenge to create for the client a comfortable indoor environment.

The design project is for a reception center; cultural presence is adopted in the main space, while the three model houses are built in the styles of contemporary humanities and cultures, a modern flat, and contemporary neoclassical architecture. The integrated space of contemporary and humanities has layouts including a 5-table meeting area, a model engineering building, a coffee table area, 2 VIP rooms, 3 model houses, a parent-child playground area, a demonstration of a shallow water well; it reveals a luxurious atmosphere of leisure in the rural area.

This case is a friendly urban landscape sales center and a sales center that is subverting the mainstream. In the past, sales centers mostly focused on exaggerated design, and they would be demolished at the expiration of the sales period. This is different from the current concept of a friendly environment. The design team combined semi-permanent buildings with the designed environmental slope terrain, enhanced the landscape of the green environment, and used landscape art and green garden roads to beautify the streets and enhance the sustainability of this case.

The beauty of art comes to space and life, family and friend, and aesthetics and house. The exquisite elegant house decoration comes from not only the delicate design skills, also the layout magnitude. The indoor traffic flow manifesting the artistic vision brings out the spirits of space that spawns the charms of artworks meandering amiably in the house. The major visual perception of space charms originates from the main wall in the public area, where the polished-finish marble walls adorned with golden lines cultivate the classy extravagance.

The divergent materials, comprehensively decorated in the house, poetically resemble the stunning natural sceneries that reconcile in magnificence. As the dawn glows through mist, the awaken earth spreads its vigor in the air that disperses among the rolling hills, the breath-taken visions artistically discovered in the house. Design concerns the connections between the humanity inclinations and natures that gratify the clients’ preferences on the basis of the multiple values of design.
