Wagamachi Sauna and Bar
The facility includes a public sauna, a private sauna, and a bar. The entire space has a luxurious atmosphere reminiscent of a luxury hotel, but with a futuristic, edgy, and impactful finish. There is also a bar where you can enjoy drinks and alcohol after refreshing your body and mind in the sauna. Enash French Restaurant
An extraordinary space to enjoy French cuisine. The theme is another dimension. The ceiling and walls are seamlessly connected by seven large purple peels. The boldly patterned natural marble seating counter is preceded by a symbolically shaped open counter where diners can enjoy watching the chefs prepare their dishes in front of them. The walls on either side of the counter are decorated with illuminated moss artwork, which matches the purple space perfectly. There are only 10 seats. It is a perfect situation to enjoy the cuisine.

The office consists of two floors, each designed with a different theme. The theme of the main floor is Fusion with Nature, and visitors can enter the interior space through the 24 arched monuments that resemble large trees at the entrance. Plants and wooden materials are scattered throughout. The design theme of the sub-floor is a cruise ship sailing on the open sea. In contrast to the main floor, the conference rooms are unified in blue and white. Sunlight streams in through the louvers, creating a refreshing atmosphere.

This building stands on a sloping site, the second floor is the public zone, including the entrance, living room, dining room, and kitchen, while the first floor is the private zone, including the couple's bedroom and children's room. As mentioned above, the entrance is on the second floor, and because the building is on a slope, the facade looks like a one-story house. The exterior is finished with black natural slate stone and marble-like tiles on the exterior walls and fences, and accented with wooden latticework and white paint to create a stately yet moderately soft atmosphere.

The building has two uses, one is a maintenance shop and another is a showroom for displaying cars.

Therefore, the space needs to be planned in such a way that employees can easily concentrate on their work. Various aspects such as flow line planning, lighting planning, interior coloring, dimensional planning of desks and corridors, and soundproofing are considered. It is also equipped with a cafe counter and bench seats for resting, The on and off elements are exquisitely balanced.
